- Serves residents of single family owner-occupied homes. - Must be 18 or over, with net assets under $100,000. - Cannot be delinquent or in default with mortgage payments, homeowner's insurance, or property taxes. - Additional eligibility requirements apply; inquire for full details.

Call to file a complaint or ask for assistance. As part of the investigation, some individuals may be asked to attend an on-site meeting to discuss the issue in-person with County officials.

Description

Provides assistance to individuals who feel they have been the victim of housing discrimination due to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, ethnic group, marital status, Vietnam Era or disabled Veteran status, family status, or ancestry. Handles housing discrimination issues dealing with renting, home purchase, mortgage, or insurance.
