Application process
Call M-F: 7:00am-7:00pm to enroll in program. During the COVID pandemic, Medicaid enrollees were not required to re verify to make sure they were still eligible for Medicaid benefits. The hold on these re verifications has ended and re verification reminder notices will be rolled out throughout the year. Enrollees should look out for re verification packets in the mail and report any address changes to their JFS office.
