Application process
Phone M-F between 9:00am-1:00pm. A phone assessment will occur prior to the start of service. May also obtain information on the website as well as apply for the program. There is often a waiting list for this program - Its not unusual to wait several months before there is an opening.
Fees
Fixed fee. Financial aid may be available for those unable to pay.

Description
Prepares and delivers a hot lunch, Monday through Friday. Diabetic, low-salt, and renal diets can be provided with prior arrangement. This is a private pay program. Can also provide pet food and other pet dervices for those who are a client (this is a secondary service, cannot just get pet food).
