Eligibility

Open to children ages 3-5 whose family household income is 100% FPL. Children experiencing homelessness or in foster care, and families who receive SNAP are always eligible to enroll, regardless of household income.

Offers a comprehensive early childhood education program for children in economically disadvantaged families.
