Offers a 9,000 square foot community facility with a 4,500 square foot main room, with tables and chairs to accommodate functions with up to 300 people (theater style) or 200 (reception style). Provides the ability to section the room off into 2 smaller meeting/party rooms for smaller functions. Offers a large kitchen, commercial quality stove, warming unit, refrigerator, ice machine, dishwasher, and so forth. Provides ample parking and is handicap accessible.
