Eligibility
Serves Geauga County residents who are homebound due to age, disability or illness and who have no one else to help them access pantries or groceries. Families with or without children who have difficulty accessing food resources due to their work or education schedule on a case-by-case basis.

Proof of residency: Utility Bill, Driver's License or state ID, recent mail, etc.

Description
Provides groceries to those who have limited transportation options. Agency will attempt to refer clients to other community resources that may help the client access food. If there are no other resources available, the agency will deliver food to the client.
