Eligibility

Clients have usually been involved with other agencies, such as County Dept. of Children and Family Services, Connections, Mobile Crisis. Individual families residing in Cuyahoga County.

Required documents

Social worker will provide the required records. May also need Medicaid Card or insurance information.

Hours

Once accepted in the program, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Treatment course is usually 6-12 weeks.

Phone for an intake appointment, M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm.

Fees

The only third party payment accepted is Medicaid. Sliding fee scale based on income for others.

Provides in-home intervention for families at risk of having a child or children removed from the household. Therapists help families build on their strengths as they overcome problems and develop healthier relationships.
