Call the helpline at 800-488-6070. Our Intake Specialist will collect basic information and schedule a time for an attorney to contact the caller.
Fees
Helpline services are free. If senior is referred to a private attorney, legal fees provided by the private attorney vary depending on household income.

The Legal Helpline responds to the legal needs of callers within Ohio, regardless of income or location. Typical questions concern Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid estate recovery, living wills, durable powers of attorney for health care, consumer debt, and consumer problems such as fraud and overcharging for home repairs.
