Eligibility

Open to members of Anthem BCBS Medicaid age 18 or older.

  • Destinations must be less than 30 miles from the member's home to be eligible.
  • Assistance is limited to 30 round-trips or 60 one-way trips per year.

Offers transportation for Anthem BCBS Medicaid members to and from a variety of destinations. Plan members may receive a limited amount of trips per year to food pantries, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) appointments, meetings with a county Department of Job and Family Services, etc.
