Eligibility

Gross income must meet guidelines set by this agency (phone for more information). Must have sufficient rental payment history and a favorable credit history. Cannot have any felony convictions in the past 5 years or any evictions in the past 3 years. Cannot already own a home. Applicant must be age 21 and older. There are no residency restrictions.

Required documents

Birth certificate, Social Security card, photo identification, proof of income in the form of 3-4 pay stubs, a recent utility bill (if applicable). An application needs to be completed by every member of the household 18 years of age and older.
