- Serves Ohio residents age 14 years and over. - Must be American Indian/Native Alaskan/Native Hawaiian. - Must meet income guidelines.

Provides employment training, job placement, educational placement, and related supportive services to qualified individuals. Includes job training for all qualifying adults and a program for young people ages 14–24 who face barriers to education, training, and employment.
