Cuyahoga county residents who do not live in Cleveland (for those who live in Cleveland please use Neighborhood Pets Outreach Resource Center).

Application process

May be times when agency is not accepting new clients. Orders must be placed by the Wednesday before the 2nd Saturday. Can request service via website - click "Pet Pantry" to place an order/reorder. If no internet access caller can call the helpline and leave a message stating their name, address and phone number and what food is needed. Must commit to a pickup date and time—late arrival or no-shows may result in suspension or removal.
