Serves members of Humana Medicaid age 18 or older. Destinations must be less than 30 miles from the member's home. Assistance is limited to 15 roundtrips or 30 one-way trips per year.

Plan members may receive a limited amount of trips per year to job interviews, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) appointments, food pantries, grocery stores, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) appointments, etc.
