Adults 18 and older who have intellectual or other developmental disabilities in Cuyahoga County.

Hours
24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
Application process
Must be referred from Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities. May phone for information, M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm.
Fees
Private pay, Individual Options Waiver or Level 1 Waiver.

Description
Operates residential facilities for adults with intellectual or other developmental disabilities (ID/DD). Offers a home-like environment and programming to help develop skills in a variety of areas including self-care, health, nutrition, and daily living techniques. Provides 24-hour supervision.
