*Fairfield County residents for at least 6 months *Income based *Only eligible once every three years

*Driver's license *Proof of income for everyone in the household *Social Security cards for everyone in the household *Proof of address

Call Center: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm In-Person Office Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-3pm

Application process

Application through 211 required. *The application can be found online, picked up from the 211 office, or sent to clients through email or mail *Completed applications must be dropped off or sent to 211 through email, mail, or fax. *Applications are sent to the Lions Club for approval. Process may take 4-6 weeks.
