Eligibility

No restrictions for most services. Must have a valid library card to borrow materials. Library cards available to those who live, work, go to school, or own property in Ohio.

Required documents

Must have a valid library card to take out materials. To obtain a library card will need a photo I.D. with current Ohio home address. If photo I.D. doesn't have current address bring documentation such as a utility bill. Three for Me or Adult Temporary card may be obtained without photo I.D.
