Offers encourages students in middle or high school to consider higher education and to gain the skills necessary to be successful in the college, university or other postsecondary program of their choice. Coordinates with programs which include The Educational Talent Search, Strive Toward Excellence Program, Upward Bound Classic, Upward Bound Math and Science and Pre-Engineering Program.
