Serves children age 18 or under, or age 22 or under if the child has developmental disabilities.

Required documents

To make a report you will need at a minimum: - Description of alleged abuse or neglect, current location of the child. - Your name and phone number. - Family's name and address. - Non-custodial parent's name and address. - Name(s) of child(ren) in the home, date(s) of birth or ages, school(s), explanation of concerns of abuse or neglect.

Description

Provides services to children and families to ensure all children remain safe from harm. Investigates reports of child abuse and neglect. Services include referral to community resources, placement of children in a safe home when needed, developing safety plans with families, and court activities. Also accepts self-referrals for families in need of child safety services.
