- have a household income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and
- have a child who is within the age/weight/height requirements for a car/booster seat

Description
Provides free car and booster seats to eligible families through the Ohio Buckles Buckeyes (OBB) program. Families must attend an education session on how to properly use the car/booster seat and how to correctly install it in their vehicle in order to receive a seat.
