Stopped accepting CareSource Medicaid on September 1, 2017. Third-party payment accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Financial Counselors will screen uninsured for Marketplace insurance, Medicaid, or hospital charity eligibility.

Description

Provides medical attention for conditions that are not life-threatening and do not require an emergency room visit. Also offers certified pediatricians who deliver care to eligible patients. ExpressCare problems which can be seen include acute sore throat; ear or sinus infections, minor cuts and bumps; cold and flu symptoms, sprains and strains, or skin rashes. Would not see broken bones; major burns or trauma; or acute psychiatric problems.
