Eligibility

Youth 5-13 years old and their families. Children treated have chronic and severe emotional, social or behavioral problems, a history of not responding to traditional outpatient treatment and have a history of treatment resistance, failed foster care placements or multiple inpatient stays.

Required documents

For initial assessment please bring insurance or Medicaid card, Child's Social Security card, proof of monthly or annual income, Ohio Driver License/State ID and custody papers (if applicable).

Description

Offers residential treatment services to child who are a danger to themselves or others either at home or in the community. Children in the program have generally exhibited some type of violent or self-destructive behavior. Families participate in therapy sessions with their children and must be very involved in the treatment process.
