Application process

Phone for an appointment. Scheduling for each month begins on the first business day of the month in question, so it's best to call on or soon after that date. If there is an emergency (pain and/or swelling in the facial area), clients can walk in for service, and will be seen as the schedule allows (can usually accommodate two walk ins per day).

Fees

Sliding scale (slides to zero, except for dentures or partials, which will always require a minimum fee); Third-party payment accepted including Medicare, Medicaid. Uninsured clients pay a fixed fee for the initial consultation.
