Eligibility

Serves residents of Lorain County with household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level.

Required documents

- Photo ID and proof of residency if address on ID is from outside the county or is not current. - If picking up for someone else, bring their confirmation code and a picture of their valid photo ID.

Hours

3rd Wednesday: 4:30pm to 6:00pm, while supplies last. - Closed when Sheffield-Sheffield Lake City School District is closed due to inclement weather. - NOTE: To receive text updates, changes, or cancellations due to weather for Lorain County locations: Text "Lorain" to 440-467-4353.

Application process

- Drive-thru for service. Enter through the southernmost driveway. Stay in vehicle. Have trunks of vehicle empty, cleaned, and ready for volunteers to load with food. - If picking up for someone else, they will need to be preregistered (register at www.freshtrak.com). From that registration they will receive a confirmation code. Bring the confirmation code and a picture of their valid photo ID when picking up for them.
