Call the office for more information or walk in for service. To become a member, must provide verification from licensed mental health provider for purposes of eligibility. Applicant fills out a simple form of contact information that is kept confidential. Members sign an exercise waiver and an image release, informing agency as to whether they wish to have picture(s) taken or not.

Offers recreational activities, socialization, support group meetings, information and referral, and other similar services. Activities include movies, dinners, classes, workshops, games, recreational outings, lunch, and so forth.
