Description
Substance Use Treatment and Medication Outpatient Program BOR - Bridge to Opioid Recovery program . MAT - Medication Assistance Treatment program is available. Our substance use treatment provides crisis intervention, assessment, counseling, education and relapse prevention to individuals with a chemical dependency. Services are clinically based and an appropriate level of treatment is chosen to develop a recovery plan with the client. This can include medication assisted treatment to reduce discomfort and cravings.
