Acceptable forms of verification for reduced fare include: * Driver's license or photo ID (for seniors) * Social Security Administration benefits verification or award letter * Veterans Affairs Disability letter * Signed and dated doctor’s note on official letterhead * Proof of current eligibility for another transit agency’s paratransit or reduced fare program

For fixed route, map available for stops. For demand response ride: * Use WayGo app (coming soon) * Call the dispatch: 330-800-5210 * Book up to 2 weeks in advance * Be ready 5 minutes early; driver will wait up to 5 minutes * All vehicles operate within a 15-minute pickup window

Fees

* Fixed Route Service: $1 general public. Seniors over 62 years old and people with disabilities ride the fixed route for free. * Demand Response Service: $5 general public / $3 elderly and disabled (with 24-hour notice) or $10 general public / $6 elderly and disabled (less than 24-hour notice).
