Call for information or to make an appointment M-F: 7:00am-8:00pm. May also walk in to the Mentor location M, F: 8:00am-3:00pm and W: 8:00am-5:00pm. Walk-in hours for Painesville: Tu, Th: 9:00am-3:30pm.
Fees
Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and Private insurance. Will work with those who are not insured - no one will be turned away for inability to pay.

Description
Assists individuals who are smoking or using tobacco products in developing the necessary skills to stop. Provides counseling to increase the individuals' awareness of personal use patterns and behaviors, and to assist them in developing an effective plan surrounding their goals, connect with additional resources and discuss the possibility of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).
