Eligibility

Open to anyone who is 18 years or older that is at or below 80% of the Area Median Income that is eligible to purchase a home in Butler County and doesn’t exceed the maximum purchase price: new construction $326,000 or $228,000 for an existing unit.

Fees

The assistance is in the form of a 5 year forgivable loan. Twenty percent of the loan is forgiven each and every year until it’s completely forgiven.
