Eligibility

Adolescent Medicine and Adolescent Psychiatry serve ages 12-19. Pediatrics serves ages 0-18. Obstetrics/Gynecology serves women only. Other services have no restrictions.Those with chronic health conditions who have primary care physicians with the hospital may be eligible for additonal services.

Required documents

Proof of Insurance if applicable proof of family size and gross household income for past 12 months (tax return, pay stubs) if sliding scale is desired.

Application process

Patients are admitted by order of their private physician or through the Emergency Room. Patients with chronic conditions whose primary care physicans are part of the hospital may ask about additonal services.

Fees

Accepts third party payment including Medicare and Medicaid. A sliding scale based on household income and family size is available.

Description

A 731-bed facility which provides full inpatient services including obstetrics, labor/delivery, nursery, pediatrics, pediatric and adolescent comprehensive care, medicine, oncology/family medicine, rehab medicine, surgery, psychiatry (also see separate group for Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Services), trauma, orthopedics, emergency room, a burn center, coronary intensive care, medical intensive care, surgical intensive care, medical records, physician referrals, and neonatal and pediatric intensive care.
