Eligibility

Women, age 18 and older, who are abusing substances and in need of residential treatment. Priority is given to pregnant women and IV drug users. Women may have up to three children in their custody (infants through age 12) reside with them. Will accept those on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including opioid treatment programs even if it is through another agency.

Required documents

Medicaid or insurance information if applicable. Proof of residency such as driver's license/state ID, current utility bill, lease agreement, piece of mail with current address, current election card, automobile registration, pay stub or recent tax return. A photo ID is preferred for identification.

Hours

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, length of stay varies based on client's progress.

Application process

Walk in to attend an information (orientation) session M-F: 8:00am-3:00pm. May phone M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm for information and to verify date and time of information session. Assessment appointments can be scheduled at open orientation.

Fees

Sliding scale; financial aid available; Medicaid; and third-party payment accepted.

Description

Operates a residential treatment program for women who have substance use disorders. Services for residents include: individual and group substance use counseling, on-site support groups, career planning, education, aftercare, family and children's services, and follow-up. Women with children and women who are pregnant are welcome at the facility. May provide bus tickets or Uber Health for enrolled clients, if necessary.
