Eligibility

Adults 60 or older or 50 and over with disability. Some activities have no restrictions and others have residency restrictions.

Required documents

Proof of age (Photo I.D.), Proof of income, and Proof of address/residency.

Hours

M-F: 6:30am-6:00pm.

Application process

Phone or walk in, M-F: 8:00am-2:30pm for service. New clients need to complete an intake form. Individuals needing van transportation should request this service at least one day in advance.

Donation requested for some services.

Provides various programs for senior adults that include congregate meals, mobile meals, transportation, social and recreational activities, outreach and supportive services.
