Description
Home visits are available for tuberculosis and respiratory patients. For complete homebound patients, home visits are available including, flu and pneumonia vaccines, medication assistance, air conditioner and respiratory equipment (with a physician’s order). Curb-side service is available for some services at the clinic for those persons unable to walk into the clinic. Home Visits are available for tuberculosis and respiratory patients.
