Eligibility

Serves current WIC participants of the Summit County Public Health Fairway location who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women; as well as children who are age 4 months to 5 years when the coupons are issued. FMNP coupons cannot be used to buy: - Baked goods. - Processed foods such as jams, honey, apple cider, and maple syrup. - Tropical and citrus fruit such as grapefruits, lemons, limes, oranges, tangerines, bananas, mangos, or pineapples.

Required documents

In order to receive coupons, bring WIC Nutrition Card as identification.

Application process

To receive vouchers visit the WIC table at participating Farmers Markets during the designated dates/times. Available while supplies last. Call a WIC office for more information.

Fees

No fee. Coupons may be used on the day they are received and at participating farmers markets any time the markets are open through October 31st. When redeeming a FMNP coupon, must come as close to $5 as possible. No change, IOUs, or rainchecks will be given.
