Eligibility
Wayne County pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and children up to the age of 5.
* Must be a resident of Ohio. Migrant workers are eligible to apply while they reside in the state.
* Be at medical or nutritional risk.
* Must meet income guidelines, 185% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
* Person automatically meets income eligibility requirement regardless of actual gross income if currently receiving Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and/or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
