Eligibility

Family must be TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) eligible and willing to meet Parent Partners monthly for duration of program. Families must be 200% or below FPL.

Required documents

Photo ID, birth certificates, social security card, and proof of income.

Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5:30 pm. The office is not currently open to walk-in clients.

Description

SPARK (Supporting Partnerships to Assure Ready Kids) provides home visiting, kindergarten readiness program for 3 and 4 year olds with the skills and tools needed to enter kindergarten. Parent Partners conduct monthly home visits, working with parents to become their child's first teacher. This program is open to children throughout Franklin County.
