Eligibility
Pregnant women. Breastfeeding mothers. Women with a baby less than six months old. Infants and children up to five years old. Richland County resident. Must be at nutritional and medical risk. Must be at or below the WIC income guidelines of 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
