Offering entry-level employees full tuition to earn college credit in key hard-to-fill health care jobs (such as medical assisting, pharmacy technician, respiratory therapy, licensed practical nurse (LPN), State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), sleep technician, phlebotomist, cardiac sonographer, and mental health trainee) while also working to remove barriers to education for those workers.

Operates a pediatric hospital as well as a regional burn center, a pediatric trauma center, regional neonatal and pediatric intensive care units, and other clinical specialties. Also offers additional primary care and pediatric specialty locations throughout the area. Provides many advocacy, education, outreach, and research programs for children and their families.
