Serves Geauga County youth through age 18 years (HPV vaccine for males and females 11 through 18 yrs of age). Will only accept children no insurance, are on Medicaid plans, or are underinsured (i.e. no immunization coverage).

Offers childhood immunization services. Provides vaccines for the following diseases: Measles, Mumps, Polio, Rubella (German Measles), Pertusis (Whooping Cough), Pneumonia, Meningitis, Diphtheria, Tetanus, HIB Disease, Hepatitis B, Chicken Pox, Rotavirus, and HPV.
