Eligibility

Ohio residents are eligible to apply for a library card. Not all services require a library card.

Required documents

One form of identification with name and current address is required to obtain a library card. Cards issued to persons under the age of 15 require a parent or guardian's signature. Children age 5 and over may sign-up for a library card.

Languages

All adult programs offer ASL interpretation provided by request. Call 330-928-2117 extension 2000 or email [email protected]. Please contact the library at least two (2) weeks in advance.

Application process

- Walk in for service. - Children should be accompanied by an adult caregiver.

Fees

Most services have no fee. Fees apply for lost/damaged materials and some overdue items such as items in the Library of Things, Children's Discovery Zone, and the Museum Pass collection.

Description

Provides comprehensive library services including a drive-thru window, outside book and AV drops, computers with internet access, WIFI, print/copy/fax/scan options, study rooms, online resources, inter-library loans, teacher loans, and a variety of programs for both adults, adolescents, and children. Offers free wireless Internet access in the library and in the parking lot. Portable mobile hotspots are available to check out for home use with a library card.
