Walk-in for service or phone for information M-F: 9:00am-9:00pm; Sa, Su: 9:00am-5:00pm; Holidays: 9:00am-3:00pm (Closed Christmas).
Fees
Fixed fee; Third party payment accepted: Medicaid, Medicare, and some private insurance. Uninsured persons may be eligible for the Hospital Care Assurance Program (HCAP) which may cover certain aspects of care. Financial counseling or charity care may be available (inquire about discounted service which may be applicable in some cases).
