Eligibility

The Scholarship is generally open to graduating seniors from the region served by that chapter. Open to students from local public and provate high schools. To be considered for the Scholarship, the applicant typically must meet the following criteria: - Be a graduating senior from one of the above listed schools; - Minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average through the last grading period; - Have been accepted or applied for acceptance to a baccalaureate institution; - Enroll full-time at the institution in the fall of the current year; - Maintain a minimum grade point average of 2.5 and remain in good-standing at the institution; - Be actively involved in community service, volunteerism, and extra curricular activities; - Submit two letters of recommendation from community service/volunteer organizations or representatives using the forms found on the website; - FAFSA report has been filed; - Provide additional information and documents as called for in the written application; - Immediate family members of the local Rotary Club are generally not eligible to apply.
