Description

Provides local mechanism for residents to participate in planning and implementing strategies for neighborhood revitalization. Services include: commercial development, and neighborhood organizing around safety issues. Participates in city of Cleveland paint refund program, storefront renovation program, lease/purchase program. Collaborates with other organizations to provide small business lending and individual savings accounts programs.
