- Serves residents of Summit County. - Individuals may qualify for these programs if they meet specific income guidelines and are in one or more of the following categories: -- Unemployed/Underemployed Adult. -- Dislocated Worker. -- Displaced Homemaker. -- Veterans and their spouses.
