Application process
Purchase tickets: Website anytime (https://booking.ridegobus.com/); at bus stop locations (check website for locations); from bus driver when boarding the bus (if seats are available at non-ticketing locations). Passengers should arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time. Can call customer service M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm for information or after-hours for urgent issues.
Fees
Fixed fee, starting at less than $10.00; fares based on mileage. Cash or credit card (cash only if purchased from the bus driver at a non-ticketing location).

Provides an intercity public transportation (bus) service with stops across Ohio. If going beyond the GoBus route an individual can transfer to Greyhound bus service. Transfer are only available at select locations.
