Application process

- Customers can call 330-630-7200 to schedule their appointment. - Agency strongly recommends that the customer complete and print the appropriate forms from travel.state.gov prior to appointment time. The agency will also have forms available in both lobbies for the customers who do not have access to computers and/or printers, but they will be asked to take the forms home to be completed, and brought back at their assigned appointment time.

Fees

Call the office for details regarding acceptable methods of payment. - Adult Passport Book (age 16 and over): $130.00. - Adult Passport Card (age 16 and over): $30.00. - Minor Passport Book (age 15 and under): $100.00. - Minor Passport Card (age 15 and under): $15.00. - Acceptance/Execution Fee (for first-time applications): $35.00 (non-refundable). - Expedited Passport Processing Service: an additional $60.00, plus overnight delivery fee. - Passport photos: an additional $10.00.

Summit County Clerk Of Courts

Operates as two (2) Divisions for Summit County - Legal and Title. The Legal Division maintains records for the Summit County Common Pleas Court General Division, the Summit County Domestic Relations Court, and the Ninth District Court of Appeals. The Title Division, with three (3) offices throughout Summit County, is responsible for issuing Certificates of Title for watercraft and motor vehicle owners throughout the region. Title Division serves as a Passport Application Acceptance Agency.
