Description
Offers coaching and technical assistance supports to child care providers to enhance the quality of care for children, and to help them achieve or increase a Step Up To Quality rating in the state's quality rating system. 4C for Children coaching staff will meet with providers in a variety of ways, depending on what works best for their program. They may come on-site to a program or do a visit virtually. Coaching is meant to enhance existing skills while helping develop new skills for administrators, classroom teachers, or family child care providers.
