Eligibility
-Any low-income pregnant woman who has a need for help and support.
-Custodial caregiver who qualifies for assistance.
-Client has not received services in the past three months.
Required documents
-Photo identification,
-WIC or Medicaid Card.
Hours
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Saturday by appointment only. Leave message after hours.
Languages
All forms and brochures are translated to Spanish for Spanish speaking clients. Notify of need for a translator.
