(Fire protection services): all of the Village of Cuyahoga Heights; (Blood pressure testing, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide testing): residents of the Village of Cuyahoga Heights; (CPR): businesses and community groups in the Village of Cuyahoga Heights.

Provides fire protection services. Offers fire prevention education and information (including school programs), CPR training, as well as blood pressure testing and carbon monoxide testing. Provides smoke detectors (two per household) and physically replaces batteries in smoke detectors.
