Description

Provides primary and pediatric care. Services include physical exams, screenings, podiatry, physical therapy, well-child care, chronic disease management, women's health, and other related primary care services. Clients can fill prescriptions written by Care Alliance doctors at a specific pharmacy at a discounted price. Care Coordinators also assist patients with finding and applying for prescription assistance programs. Provides substance abuse and behavioral health counseling.
