Geauga County youth, 12 through 17 yrs old, with a mental health diagnosis. Can accept youth who have been referred by the court.

Application process
Phone for information M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm. Clients must then be screened by the Family and Children First Council Screening Committee at Geauga County Job and Family Services.

Sliding scale; Medicaid, private insurance.
